The Role: Account Executive (NYC, On-Site)
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join early and help shape how we bring Tavily to market. You'll partner with some of the most advanced teams in AI — from inbound conversations with technical founders to strategic expansions inside large enterprises.
This isn’t your average AE role. You’ll influence our go-to-market motion, craft custom solutions for complex agentic use cases, and work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and founders. You’ll be at the forefront of a transformational shift in how software is built — and help define what selling into that world looks like.
What You'll Do
Partner with high-quality inbound leads — from Series A rocket ships to Fortune 500 innovation labs
Own the full sales cycle and close strategic, technically complex deals
Develop playbooks for how AI-native teams evaluate and adopt search infra
Lead product demos and solutioning sessions with engineering and product teams
Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to tailor solutions for high-impact use cases

Influence our GTM strategy with feedback from the field
What You Bring
3+ years of experience selling technical or developer-facing products
A track record of closing multi-stakeholder, high-value deals
The ability to speak fluently with technical buyers — and tell compelling stories
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch
