About the Role
We are building out a brand new implementation engineering team to ensure our customers are onboarded to the application quickly and comprehensively. You will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless onboarding of our customers onto our platform post-contract signature. This role is ideal for a technically adept individual with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional implementation experiences.

We offer a competitive on-target earnings range of $150,000 - $180,000.
What you’ll do:
Customer Onboarding:
Lead end-to-end onboarding—from discovery to go-live—ensuring platform setup aligns with customer goals.
Platform Integration:
Support API, cloud storage, and data integrations; troubleshoot technical issues during setup.
Solution Design:
Customize configurations and workflows to support FinOps use cases and recommend best practices.
Project Management:
Own onboarding timelines and deliverables, serving as the main technical point of contact.
Training & Support:
Deliver training, documentation, and post-launch support for a smooth handoff to account management.
Feedback & Improvement:
Gather onboarding feedback and collaborate with Product/Engineering on enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years experience in a technical implementation or customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
Comfort with AWS, GCP, and Azure administration.
Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and integration workflows (e.g., REST, JSON, XML).
Familiarity with FinOps principles is a plus.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience building and leading customer onboarding in a hyper-growth startup a plus
