Senior Product Marketing at hyperexponential

This is a new role in the growing Product Marketing function, at our HQ in London (Hybrid, Borough). We’re an all-star team of 4 PMMs, looking for our fifth member to help us in our mission to build the decision infrastructure for the entire insurance industry
In PMM, we oversee the full GTM lifecycle including product launches, content creation, positioning, messaging, and much more.
We’re a fast-moving team with a strong bias to action, tasked with a deep understanding of our market, competitors, personas, and product to enable the revenue and product functions to deliver a world class platform and revenue motion

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us amplify our product launches, elevate our marketing messaging, and supercharge our Go-to-Market strategy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive results that make an impact, and make them fast.

What Will You Do?
Own the execution of our GTM strategy for a critical market segment, gathering the latest (re)insurance market insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make it happen – with precision, flair, and speed.
Develop a deep understanding of your segment using first- and third-party research, acting as a conduit between the market, our internal Subject Matter Experts, our customers — and the rest of the business.
For your assigned product, you’ll transform product features into audience-relevant, compelling value propositions that resonate deeply and wow with every release.
Create clear, effective communications that not only support product launches but also ensure long-term customer engagement and adoption.
Work closely with product teams to gather real-time market feedback and help position new features for maximum customer impact.
Equip our sales team with everything they need to close deals – from killer pitch decks to customer-facing content and jaw-dropping demos.
Develop a set of tools and best practices to accelerate the other PMMs in their day-to-day work, and benefit the wider revenue and product functions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
3-4+ years of B2B software product marketing experience, with a strong track record of leading successful product launches that deliver real business impact.
Proven success in high-growth Enterprise SaaS environments, where you’ve navigated fast-paced, dynamic settings and owned key initiatives end-to-end.
Strong content creation skills to empower sales and marketing with relevant, engaging decks, articles, and one pagers.
Hands-on experience working with highly technical solutions and marketing to niche, specialized buyer personas.
Deep understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle, with a focus on equipping sales teams with impactful enablement materials that drive pipeline and close deals.
Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior leadership, with a high degree of ownership, strategic thinking, and influence.
Skilled at translating complex technical jargon into clear, customer-centric messaging that highlights real-world benefits and resonates with target audiences.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, ensuring smooth execution of high-impact go-to-market launches.
Excellent communicator, with polished written, verbal, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
