What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the successful delivery of complex implementation projects related to deployment of field service and asset management solutions. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve measurable business outcomes from our solutions. You will be responsible for driving projects from kickoff through go-live, liaising with cross functional teams, and ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and most importantly customer satisfaction targets are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate efficient & successful project definition, discovery, design, planning, execution and smooth launch in leading high-performance project teams.
- Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and ensure any changes are documented and approved through a change control process.
- Build and maintain release and project plans, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and mitigations, across cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide regular status reports to all stakeholders, highlighting risks and ensuring agreement and alignment is gained across teams.
- Form strong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts.
- Enhance delivery excellence by analyzing existing processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and leveraging tools, technology, and intelligent automation to implement scalable frameworks. Champion best practices, metrics, and high-quality standards across delivery programs.
- Coach and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; PMI certification a plus
- 9+ years' experience in software professional services technical project management
- In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications
- Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments through strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools.
- Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, standard PM tools and templates.
- Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 10% of the time (including possible international travel).
