Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Director of Go-To-Market Finance to lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for our global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations. This senior leader will partner with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders to drive data-backed decision-making, optimize investment strategies, and support revenue growth through actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will combine deep financial acumen with a strong understanding of SaaS or product-based GTM motions and bring a track record of scaling finance functions in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Own end-to-end GTM financial planning and analysis, including sales capacity modeling, quota planning, pipeline analytics, LTV / CAC modeling, and customer segmentation.

What You’ll Need:
15+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles, with at least 5 years supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
Deep understanding of GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, quota attainment, sales capacity, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
