What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team and be part of the global program management group.

In this role, you will lead the department’s day-to-day operations, working closely with R&D leaders and collaborating with Product Managers and scrum teams.

Lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
Develop and manage structured program plans
Monitor execution and resolve risks proactively
Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams
Be the agile coach for the team
Drive data-informed decision making

Requirements

What Is Needed to Succeed?

Proactive and technically skilled
5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Release Manager.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Agile mindset – coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
Self-motivated and independent
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
Great communication and leadership skills
