The Senior Account Executive Channels is responsible for driving the overall success of Genesys partners for a given territory, driving and accelerating adoption of Genesys Cloud-based solutions.
Being the voice of the partner, the Senior Account Executive Channels develops a comprehensive understanding of the partner business and technical objectives and supports them in their territory.
In this role, you orchestrate key resources, collaborate with peers on best practices, and creating ways to help partners succeed. The Senior Account Executive Channels leads by example in collaboration with all partner stakeholders towards One Genesys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform the ecosystem towards experience as a service
- Leveraging activities on Sales, Marketing, and Enablement with partners to align and contribute to our Genesys company strategy.
- Transforming our partners from existing on-premise activities to cloud active partners.
- Manage all activities to impact and contribute to cloud partner results in the overall territory business.
- Closing the loop from presales towards post-sales activities, by creating new business via customer advocates jointly to the market.
Drive Cloud Business:
- Create an overall partner plan, to measure and drive success and business impact
- Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.
- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Identify new customer wins and collaborate with partners on their implementation plans while addressing any challenges
Develop Genesys existing Partners:
- Engaging with C-level, actively driving Cloud Business Transformation, creating a common Business and marketing plan, building relationships and trust, driving marketing and demand generation activities, plan and facilitate education and certification
- Evangelize new Cloud technologies, discover new and innovative Go to Market Models, actively influence, understand and educate on partner programs
Acquire new Partners:
- Analyze the market, use time networking and discover new and innovative Cloud-native partners, engage with and encourage partners to join the Partner ecosystem
- Discuss and create joined business Opportunities with partners in the Cloud.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, channels, or alliances, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
- Proven success in building and managing channel/partner ecosystems.
- Strong background in consultative selling and business transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in multinational environments and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) required; additional languages are a plus.
