PagerDuty is seeking an IT Product Manager II to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As an IT Product Manager II, you will report to the Director of Business Insights, a member of our Enterprise Data team, which manages, monitors, integrates, and surfaces Insights to our Internal Leaders and Analysts. You will regularly meet and work closely with internal stakeholders to guide and build actionable data products and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your business acumen and manage Gen AI solutions/projects. The ideal candidate is familiar with multiple data sources, is familiar with SQL, has managed multiple projects simultaneously, has worked closely with Data Engineering teams, and is seen as a ‘Data expert’ by their peers and stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with a dedicated data engineering team to get these new features and capabilities into our data models
- Communicate and partner with internal stakeholders/departments to deeply understand, document, and analyze their needs around how to enable them to take action-driven decisions using Analytics data products you help build
- Define, prioritize, and guide all personas from Leaders to boots on the ground - in one word, "own the roadmap"
- Your day will include stand-up meetings, stakeholder meetings, brainstorming sessions, and deep dive analysis with your partnering Data Engineer
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of overall experience with Data Analytics and Product Management
- Tableau experience
- Proven experience with shepherding at least one major product or project from ideation to launch per quarter
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL
- Domain expertise in analytics and data modeling
- Extensive domain knowledge of Salesforce Objects in specific and Marketing and Sales data in general
- Background in SaaS B2B or B2C Product Management
