TITLE: Strategic Engagement Manager
Location: 201 3rd St, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States
Salary Range: $172,453.00 - $230,000.00/ year
Job Description: Managing the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding, training, success planning, strategic planning, and partnership expansion/renewal opportunities. Collaborate closely with partner cross functional teams to design and implement co-solutions as well as represent Harvey's value proposition. Strategically identify ways we can make customer success repeatable and measurable; identify, create and track joint KPIs, metrics, and reports. Build and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders, gathering key insights and ensuring needs are captured/met. Do strategic research on expansion areas for Harvey’s product and customer base. Create crisp presentations to present ideas to Harvey leadership team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Science, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in data & analytics space or related role or in the job offered.

Details: Performing thorough market and financial research, analyzing potential acquisitions or partnerships, and synthesizing insights for executive decision-making, including risk assessments and compliance checks.
Working Closely with Expert Networks and Advisors
Tools Used: GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), AlphaSights, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM
Details: Establishing and managing relationships with external experts and thought leaders, including coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions, validating strategic assumptions, and aligning insights with organizational objectives.
Data Vendor Evaluation
Tools Used: Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce, Coupa
Details: Identifying, assessing, and onboarding data vendors, including reviewing data quality, negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance, and integrating external data into internal analytics pipelines.
Commercial Partnership Negotiation
Tools Used: DocuSign, Salesforce
Details: Identifying potential partners, drafting deal structures, and negotiating contract terms, including coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing success metrics, and overseeing post-deal implementation.
International Strategic Relations

Details: Managing cross-border alliances or joint ventures, navigating international regulations, and addressing cultural nuances, including coordinating global product launches and cultivating relationships with key international stakeholders.
Strategic Market Expansion

Details: Conducting in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, analyzing competitive landscapes, and formulating expansion strategies based on data-driven insights.
Product-Led Growth & GTM Strategy
Tools Used: HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
Details: Developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive adoption, analyzing customer usage patterns to optimize product-led growth, and working closely with sales and product teams to ensure market alignment.
Customer Success & Retention Analytics

Details: Developing and implementing customer retention strategies, tracking engagement metrics, analyzing churn risk, and leveraging data to optimize customer experience and long-term value
