What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who will build and own Omnea’s growth engine from the ground up. You’ll be the architect and executor of demand generation — capturing intent, driving awareness, and turning interest into qualified conversations. This is a senior individual contributor role: you’ll have real autonomy, but also real accountability.
You’ll partner closely with commercial associates and sales to accelerate the path from awareness to revenue. You’ll be the founder of our growth function — hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with results.
What Can You Expect?
Build, execute, and continuously optimize Omnea’s digital growth strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, search, email, website).
Own our website and the digital ecosystem driving to it — turning traffic into meaningful commercial opportunities.
Capture and activate demand across enterprise accounts, identifying and prioritizing key buying signals.
Work with commercial and sales teams to translate engagement into qualified pipeline.
Build and measure full-funnel campaigns that raise awareness, educate the market, and drive meetings.
Experiment relentlessly — test, learn, and adapt faster than anyone else.
About You
You have 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven experience driving pipeline in B2B enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of digital channels, paid media, and performance analytics.
Hands-on experience with intent data platforms (6sense or similar).
A builder’s mindset — scrappy, strategic, and unafraid to get your hands dirty.
Strong collaboration with sales and commercial teams to align on outcomes.
Hunger to create something new, fast, and impactful.
Experience maintaining and measuring the performance of the company website.
