Our Mission
We’re fixing the most broken process in business. Whether it’s SaaS, hardware, or contractors, a typical B2B purchase drags on for 3+ months, spawns 50+ emails, and pulls in multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Security, and IT. Nobody likes it, and it slows businesses down.
Omnea exists to change that. Our AI-native platform connects the people, steps, and systems so buying just works. Employees have one place to make requests, the right approvals run automatically, renewals and supplier risk checks are handled on time, and leaders get clear visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent.
This matters more now than ever: volatile markets demand capital efficiency, businesses who adopt AI quickly have a competitive advantage, and evolving regulation demands evidenceable controls—so buying has to be fast and compliant by default.
Founded in 2022, we’re trusted by global enterprises including Spotify, Adecco Group, Albertsons, Wise, MongoDB, and Monzo. Our team previously built Tessian (backed by Sequoia; acquired by Proofpoint) and we’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a System Designer – part product designer, part front-end engineer – to help us craft interfaces that are as intuitive as they are powerful. You’ll sit at the intersection of design and engineering, taking ownership of how our product feels, not just how it looks or functions.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Designers, Engineers, and PMs to deliver elegant, high-quality experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless. From evolving our design system and refining interaction patterns to shipping production-ready code, you’ll bring polish and precision to everything you touch.
This is an opportunity to shape our end-user experience and influence how design and engineering work together at Omnea. You’ll join an ambitious, design-driven team building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management, where quality and pace go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
Evolve Our Design System: Help maintain and expand Omnea’s cross-platform design system, driving consistency and scalability across the product.
Craft Exceptional Experiences: Sweat the details on interaction design, animation, accessibility, and visual polish to create experiences that feel exceptional.
Collaborate Deeply: Partner with designers to refine ideas and engineers to bring them to life, bridging the gap between design intent and technical execution.
Own the End-to-End: Take full ownership of features and flows, from early concept sketches through to launch and iteration.
Champion Quality: Advocate for user experience and accessibility throughout the design and development process.
Build Tools for Speed: Contribute to internal tooling and documentation that help our teams ship quality experiences faster.
Design & Build: Translate Figma concepts into production-ready UI using modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, CSS).
About You
5+ years’ experience working across design in a SaaS or product-focused environment.
Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design.
Proficient in Figma. Experience building or maintaining design systems at scale.
Familiarity with design tokens, theming, or multi-brand component libraries.
An eye for detail – from typography and spacing to motion and interaction states.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design and technical decisions clearly.
Organised, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing craft with speed.
Nice to Have:
React/TypeScript experience, particularly with modern CSS and Storybook
Knowledge of TypeScript, testing frameworks, or front-end performance optimisation.
Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech products.
