The trusted advisor who brings people together
The Enterprise Architecture team enables Coveo to operate as a nimble, well-connected organization. We help the company make smarter technology decisions, improve the cost-effectiveness of our cloud application ecosystem, and evolve our corporate architecture to support scalable growth.
As part of this team, you’ll act as a bridge between business and technology. Your role: bring clarity, structure, and collaboration across systems and teams so every connection, between people, data, and tools, advances a unified vision.
As an Enterprise Architecture Analyst, you will:
Review new software requests: assess business requirements, identify opportunities to use existing tools, and evaluate whether proposed solutions fit into our broader technology ecosystem.
Support integration oversight: review integration requests, monitor alignment with security and privacy expectations, and help ensure integrations maintain seamless connectivity and data integrity across systems.
Map the enterprise architecture: produce clear, accurate diagrams and documentation of systems, integrations, and data flows to give teams visibility into how everything connects.
Run and facilitate discovery workshops: work with system owners and business partners to understand processes, uncover pain points, and identify improvement opportunities; collect and synthesize insights to support clear, well-informed decision-making.
Conduct tech-stack assessments: analyze the existing technology landscape to identify gaps, overlaps, and modernization opportunities; summarize findings and recommend ways to simplify and better align the stack with business needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement: leverage your analytical mindset and curiosity to refine architecture practices, improve governance processes, and help the team scale effectively.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Workday for example.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you can break down complex ideas for non-technical audiences and bring alignment across teams with different priorities.
Proven ability to connect dots across systems and processes with a solid understanding of cloud-based SaaS environments and how enterprise systems interact with integrations and data flows.
Creativity in simplifying complexity and visualizing how systems, data, and processes interconnect.
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with supporting platforms like Jira Service Management and Torii, including driving process improvements or managing integrations.
Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment on complex initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new systems, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements.
A strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and confidence navigating evolving priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.
