Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our highly successful sales team in Germany. As an Account Executive, you will help expand our brand in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), predominantly to the segment of the "German Mittelstand" - successful players in the range of up to 1billion€ revenue, and will work alongside experts in our marketing and customer success teams to develop the go-to market strategy in your region.
To achieve this you will:
- Manage the sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close : using the MEDDPICC framework
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Conduct high quality meetings with prospects in your territory via online and in-person meetings
- Become an expert in sustainability and sustainable procurement
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for EcoVadis’ suite of products and solutions
- Develop business in the DACH region through Account Based Sales Development
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future
Qualifications
We’re looking for an exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in sales within an international and dynamic environment. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and sales skills, you will bring:
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, ideally using MEDDPICC
- Advanced consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Fluency in German and English is required as you will be discussing complex sustainable procurement solutions in both languages
- Knowledge of the DACH market and corporate business culture
- Knowledge in sustainability, HSQE, procurement, environment and/or human rights
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Salesforce and MS or another CRM
