About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Team Lead to join our Professional Services team, a critical part of our Customer Success & Innovations (CSI) organization. In this role, you will combine hands-on consulting expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of Professional Services and Technical Consultants while actively driving customer deployments yourself. You’ll work alongside some of the best consulting minds in the industry, shaping our customers’ initial experience and ensuring their long-term success from day one. Please note that this job role has shift times from 4pm - 2am IST.
Your Impact:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants and Technical Consultants, providing guidance on deployments, best practices, and professional growth.
- Drive end-to-end customer engagements, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring—both individually and through your team.
- Oversee the successful completion of customer engagements while ensuring critical success metrics such as project profitability, solution feasibility, timelines, and customer satisfaction are met.
- Collaborate with Sales to scope complex engagements and present the value of Wrike’s Professional Services to prospective clients.
- Advocate for customers by gathering feedback and assisting in the prioritization of product features and identifying short-term solutions to challenges.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between teams by working closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
- Track and maintain accurate client records and milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, helping scale best practices across the Professional Services team to enhance efficiency and quality.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership & Hands-on Expertise: A track record of successfully guiding teams (4+ people) in a consulting environment while remaining hands-on in project delivery.
- Consulting & Project Management Prowess: 8+ years in project management, consulting, or customer-facing roles. Formal certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
- Deep Industry Knowledge: Expertise in relevant areas like Professional Services Automation (PSA), Customer Success, or PMO/EPMO.
- Integration & API Familiarity: Experience working with integrations, APIs, and technical solutioning to help customers leverage Wrike within their broader tech ecosystem.

This role offers a blended working model, allowing you to work from the office 3 days per week and remotely for the rest. To best support both US, EMEA and APAC customers, this role offers flexible working hours designed to create meaningful overlap between consultants supporting various time zones, rather than a fixed late-evening schedule.
