This isn’t a transactional recruiter job. You’ll build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, think creatively, and deliver results across the recruiting lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Partner with hiring teams to determine needs and design data-driven hiring strategies.
Identify, source, and attract passive talent using AI tools (e.g., Findem), social media, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Create targeted recruiting and engagement campaigns to nurture pipeline talent.
Track outreach effectiveness, refine messaging, and drive engagement.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, becoming an expert within assigned talent segments.
Ensure Workday is accurate and up-to-date with strong attention to detail.
Lead sourcing strategy calls and deliver talent insights to hiring teams.
Run smooth processes aligned to SLA and KPI standards.
Maintain compliance with Genesys policies, GDPR, and the Philippines Data Privacy Act.
Represent Genesys at career fairs, job fairs, and professional events.
Collaborate with stakeholders to share market intelligence and talent trends.
What you’ll need to excel
3+ years of direct search experience with demonstrated results.
Strong sourcing skills for both technical and non-technical roles, including AI sourcing tools.
Proven ability to build diverse candidate slates and champion DEI in hiring.
Experience managing end-to-end recruiting in SaaS or digital organizations.
Business acumen with strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, proactive, and open-minded approach; comfortable leading projects to improve TA processes.
Integrity, collaboration, and growth mindset in a multicultural environment.
