Accounts Payable Specialist
Quezon City, Philippines
Role Summary: Genesys is seeking a highly motivated Finance person to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role the primary responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Performs validation, matching and data entry of invoices in the system
- Works collaboratively with team members and stakeholders in resolving issues and successfully pay our vendors
- Completes assigned tasks on time
- Identifies areas for process improvement
- Documents processes, workflows, etc..
- Supports internal, external and other regulatory audit requirements
- Willingness to learn different Finance functions
- Ad hoc tasks as may be assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy, preferred
- Fresh graduate or with 1 year of relevant work experience
- Attention to details
- Novice ERP system knowledge
- Novice Communication skills both written and oral
- Novice Stakeholder Management skills
- Novice Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills
- Novice Problem Solving skills
- Novice Technical Accounting Competency
- Willingness to rotate to different teams when and where support is needed
