Conduct cutting-edge research: Contribute to groundbreaking projects, particularly in the development, training, and ethical application of advanced language models. Push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and apply them to your work, ensuring WRITER maintains its competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other researchers to transform research into tangible evaluation metrics and product features, driving real-world impact.
Develop and optimize models: Research, build, and train AI models, with a particular focus on large language models. Ensure efficient and effective model development using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

✨ Preferred Skills and Experience
