As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll implement insightsoftware’s Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Consolidations solutions — helping world-class clients transform their financial performance management processes.
Over time, you’ll develop deep expertise across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms and become a trusted advisor to finance leaders. To succeed, you’ll need a strong grounding in finance (FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation), excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system configurations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand customer data flows and processes around budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation
- Analyze business requirements and design maintainable, scalable solutions
- Configure, implement, and test customer solutions
- Integrate EPM systems with ERP or other enterprise data sources
- Demonstrate and communicate the business value of insightsoftware solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and technical teams
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence
- Achieve target billable utilization within 6 months

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Consolidation, EPM consulting, or ERP finance process experience (budgeting, forecasting, planning, or consolidation)
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
- Prior exposure to EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, BPC) is a plus but not required. Full training on JustPerform will be provided.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to bridge finance language and technical configuration
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools such as JustPerform
