Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This UX/UI Product Designer role stands out in B2B SaaS because it sits at the intersection of analytics-heavy product design and “AI-first” interaction patterns. Designing AI-powered tools that make complex data insights usable for non-technical business users is a recurring challenge across modern SaaS categories, especially in products that aggregate, transform, and visualise customer data. The remit suggests work close to core product experience rather than surface-level marketing design, with an emphasis on turning complicated domains into clear workflows.
From a SaaS career perspective, the role offers durable exposure to discovery-to-delivery practices that translate well across subscription software: shaping problem definitions with product stakeholders, validating direction through rapid prototyping, and closing the loop via usability testing and support insights. The mention of design-to-code exploration also signals experience with operationalising design work—an increasingly relevant skill as SaaS teams adopt automation and tighter handoffs between design and engineering.
This position is best suited to a designer who enjoys systems thinking, ambiguity in early-stage problem framing, and collaboration with engineers and product managers on data-centric interfaces. It will likely appeal to someone motivated by AI-native workflows and comfortable making design decisions that balance user clarity with technical constraints.

Your mission is to design AI-powered tools that make complex data insights easily accessible to all business users, regardless of their technical background.
This is a full-time position based in our Vienna headquarters or our London office, with a hybrid and flexible working model.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
Discovery & Definition
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and users to understand user problems, needs, and opportunities, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse complex issues, define the problem domain, and propose clear solution directions.
- Define quick prototypes using FIGMA Make to validate directions and refine requirements.
- Support usability testing and UX research, including gathering insights from Customer Support to understand real user behaviour.
Design & Ideation
- Ideate creative, user-centred, AI-powered solutions that differentiate our product and create meaningful value for users.
- Visualise concepts using the right level of fidelity - from lo-fi wireframes, user flows, and customer journeys to polished, high-fidelity layouts.
- Integrate AI tools like Gemini and Figma Make into your workflow to accelerate ideation, fast prototyping, and exploration of new design possibilities.
Delivery & Collaboration
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed screen layouts, delivering clear specifications and guidance for developers.
- Work closely with front-end engineers during implementation, answering UI questions and reviewing results to ensure high-quality execution.
- Contribute to our Design-to-Code initiative by exploring and implementing ways to automate and speed up the translation of Figma designs into code.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, copywriters, data analysts, marketers, and legal teams to drive company goals forward.
We’re excited if you have:
- 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Domain expertise demonstrated through a strong portfolio of complex, data-heavy products (e.g., data integration, analytics, BI, or similarly technical applications).
- Tooling proficiency with expert-level skills in Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make.
- AI-first mindset with an active interest in generative AI tools and excitement for designing AI-native products.
- Systems thinking and experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and work closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Industry knowledge of the Advertising (AdTech) or Marketing (MarTech) ecosystem.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the data integration field.
- A proven interest or direct experience in improving design-to-code pipelines.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to better inform design automation.
Why you’ll love it here:
- Flexible working hours and home-office
- Internal shares program (EDPP)
- Ergonomic workspace and cutting edge technology
- Regular team events (also remote)
- Modern and stylish offices
