Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
A senior SEO role inside a central marketing function is a notable pattern in SaaS portfolios: expertise is concentrated once, then applied across multiple products. In this case, the remit spans several B2B SaaS brands, which makes the work less about a single website’s incremental gains and more about building repeatable SEO approaches that can travel between different categories, audiences, and maturity levels.
For a SaaS career, that portfolio exposure can compound quickly. It encourages fluency in how organic search supports acquisition alongside product marketing and lifecycle goals, and it sharpens the ability to tie technical SEO, content execution, and reporting to commercial outcomes. The emphasis on AI-informed search changes and lightweight workflow automation also signals a modern SEO environment where process design and tooling literacy matter, not just keyword strategy.
This role tends to suit an SEO practitioner who prefers ownership with clear accountability, and who is comfortable translating between marketers and developers without needing to write code. It will appeal to someone who enjoys context switching, stakeholder management across different ventures, and maintaining rigor in measurement while adapting playbooks to each product’s constraints.

Profile Overview
This role is for our central marketing team that supports our portfolio companies with all things marketing and SEO. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with multiple multi-million dollar ventures across various industries at the same time. We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our team. You’ll be an integral part of our central marketing team, collaborating closely with our portfolio ventures to elevate their online presence and user experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing SaaS or B2B SEO campaigns.
Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Successfully and autonomously take-over and execute SEO tasks as part of our brands’ SEO strategies.
- Achieve good performance for the SEO campaigns assigned to you.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of brands and patiently guide and communicate with brands to share knowledge and SEO best practices with them.
Your responsibilities
- Onsite SEO: go beyond basic onsite optimisation to ensure that web pages are optimised for a predetermined set of keywords, that they provide the necessary contextual signals, internal links, keyword placements, and HTML page structures to improve performance within search results.
- Technical SEO optimization: while you don’t need to have coding knowledge, effectively briefing and communicating with web developers is an important part of the role.
- AI-Driven SEO & Workflow Automation: Apply insights from AI-powered search experiences (LLMs, generative results) to SEO strategies, and use AI tools or lightweight automations to streamline research, analysis, and content optimisation tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: assist with report and SEO data analysis, such as performance reports, keyword research, competitor and rank analysis.
- Support Content Releases: support brands in uploading new blog posts and landing pages to their websites. SEO work is also implemented by the SEO specialists themselves on the websites we work with, primarily in WordPress.
- Collaboration & Ownership: Work closely with brand marketing teams, understand their goals, and independently manage the monthly SEO roadmap for your portfolio of brands.
What You bring to the table
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS/tech agency or consultancy setting with demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple client projects, context switch effectively, and lead stakeholder meetings.
- Deep SEO expertise across keyword research & mapping, on-page optimisation, technical SEO fundamentals, reporting, and tying SEO KPIs to business outcomes.
- Strong analytical & tooling skills: proficient in Google Sheets and ScreamingFrog; able to independently pull and interpret data needed for your SEO tasks.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and web technologies and familiarity with WordPress and Elementor.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of articulating SEO strategies and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- AI-literate SEO practitioner: comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to accelerate research, analysis, and optimisation workflows; bonus points for experience building simple automations using platforms like Relevance AI, AirOps, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.
What’s in it for You
- Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
- Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
- Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
- Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
- Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
- Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.
We don’t just simply offer you to “take a job with us” but rather to “join us on this journey” to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.
Sounds like something you’re up for? Feel free to apply even if you don’t check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient!
