Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Rewardful sits in a distinctly SaaS native category: affiliate and partner program infrastructure that plugs into billing systems like Stripe or Paddle. That makes the Product Manager remit closely tied to recurring revenue mechanics and distribution loops that many B2B SaaS companies rely on, rather than a generic feature factory. Being part of a multi product SaaS portfolio also signals a product environment shaped by repeatable operating patterns and shared learnings across brands.
As a fixed term cover focused on execution continuity, the role emphasizes the craft of turning customer and internal inputs into clear specifications, sequencing work with Engineering and Design, and protecting roadmap momentum through a defined delivery window. Those are durable skills in SaaS product orgs, especially where small teams depend on crisp documentation, tight feedback cycles, and pragmatic prioritisation to ship improvements without drift.
This role tends to suit a Product Manager who enjoys being close to delivery details and is comfortable taking ownership quickly in an established product. It also fits someone who values remote first collaboration across functions and wants concentrated experience in B2B SaaS monetisation adjacent workflows, without needing a long ramp to make an impact.
