The Role
We’re looking for an AI Creative Lead to sit at the intersection of AI models, creativity, and storytelling.
This role is about turning powerful but sometimes abstract AI capabilities into clear, compelling, and high-quality creative outputs — visuals, videos, and content that showcase what’s possible with Runware and help developers and partners understand how to use our models effectively.
You’ll experiment hands-on with AI models and prompts, work closely with an external video editing agency, and help shape how Runware presents its technology to the world.
What You’ll Do
- Experiment with different AI models, workflows, and prompting strategies to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and creative assets
- Collaborate with our video editing agency to turn AI-generated content into polished social posts and marketing assets
- Come up with creative concepts to showcase AI features, model capabilities, and real-world use cases
- Develop a strong understanding of model workflows and best practices, and help translate them into clear guidance and examples
- Write clear, engaging content (posts, updates, explanations) tailored to a developer and technical audience
- Coordinate multiple creative initiatives in parallel, keeping quality high while moving fast
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong AI domain knowledge: you understand models, their strengths, limitations, and how to get the best results from them
- A creative thinker who can turn technical capabilities into professional, high-impact outputs
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and with external agencies
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage several projects in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or managing creative or video agencies
- Background in developer-focused content, product marketing, or technical storytelling
- Hands-on experience with multiple generative AI tools (image, video, multimodal)
