The Partnerships Data & Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that data sourced through partnerships is successfully ingested, enabled, and delivering measurable value across the organisation. While Business Units (BUs) retain ownership of data ingestion, the Partnerships team is often the first to identify issues where new datasets are not being properly integrated. This role exists to close that gap, protect return on investment from partnership sourcing efforts, and accelerate time to value.
In addition, the role provides ongoing support to both new and existing partners through platform demonstrations, data queries, and structured feedback sessions. By offering direct online support, the Partnerships Manager ensures partners feel engaged, supported, and valued, helping to build long-term, trusted relationships and increase partner retention over time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing regional partnerships, maintaining regular check-ins to ensure timely, reliable data delivery and strong partner engagement, with support from the Partnerships Data & Success Manager where required.
- Source and onboard new data partners across all commodities in the Middle East, leveraging regional expertise and established networks to expand data coverage and depth.
- Represent the company at local and regional industry events, staying informed on market developments, strengthening relationships, and identifying new data and partnership opportunities.
- Share regional market insights and challenges with the wider Partnerships team, proposing creative and practical solutions to address data gaps, regulatory constraints, or operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with local Sales teams to track commercial opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and align partnership efforts with customer needs.
- Action and support Data Operations critical requests, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination to maintain data quality and continuity.
- Deliver platform demonstrations and updates for existing and prospective partners, showcasing new services and reinforcing the value of collaboration.
- Proactively resolve partner queries and issues, gathering feedback and sharing insights internally to improve data delivery, partner experience, and product development.

- Proven ability to prioritise ingestion and enablement work based on customer impact and commercial value.
- Experience acting as a technical bridge between external data providers and internal Data Ops and Engineering teams.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to influence without direct authority and escalate issues early when needed.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical challenges into meaningful business impact.
- Partner- and customer-focused, building trust to enable access to higher-value data and deeper collaboration.
