Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This SDR Manager role stands out in B2B SaaS because it sits at the junction of outbound execution and revenue system design. Xelix sells an AI-led product into Accounts Payable and finance control teams, which typically means multi-stakeholder buying groups, longer evaluation cycles, and a premium on credible messaging. The remit signals a company investing in repeatable pipeline creation rather than relying on ad hoc prospecting.
From a SaaS career perspective, the position offers a strong platform for building modern sales leadership skills: hiring and onboarding, KPI instrumentation, and iterative playbook development in partnership with Marketing and RevOps. Working across tools like HubSpot and Outreach also reinforces operational discipline that transfers well across SaaS orgs that run on structured funnels, conversion analytics, and enablement cadences.
The role is best suited to a manager who prefers hands-on coaching and is comfortable balancing day-to-day performance management with process improvement. It will appeal to someone who enjoys shaping outbound standards, tightening feedback loops between SDRs and AEs, and treating activity and conversion data as inputs to training—not just reporting. Hybrid London suggests regular in-person collaboration will be part of the working rhythm.
