Algolia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is critical in supporting the operational backbone of our go-to-market organisation and Finance team. You’ll help drive efficiency, accuracy, and process alignment across systems and teams by managing administrative workflows, supporting key business initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support cross-functional operational projects and initiatives as assigned by the Revenue Operations leadership team or VP of Finance.
- Cloud Marketplace Setup: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage the setup and maintenance of product offers in AWS and Azure Marketplaces, ensuring all listing and pricing data is accurate and up to date.
- QBR Deck Support: Assist in building and maintaining Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations by gathering performance data, organizing insights, and supporting formatting and design consistency.
- Salesforce Reporting: Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards to support business performance tracking and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Process Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update process documentation for key operational workflows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across the Revenue Operations team.
- Operational Support: Provide general administrative support for the RevOps function — scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management — to ensure smooth coordination across GTM teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and enhance reporting efficiency across systems and processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles (ideally within Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations environments).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong documentation and process improvement mindset.
