Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Recruiting roles are often treated as internal support, but in SaaS they sit directly on the critical path of execution—especially when a company is expanding into new regions. This EMEA Recruiter role stands out because it is positioned as early, on-the-ground hiring capacity in Dublin, supporting multiple functions that typically drive SaaS go-to-market and operational maturity.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable operating skills: translating headcount plans into repeatable hiring motions, balancing outbound sourcing with structured assessment, and using recruiting metrics to iterate on process. Exposure across Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, and GTM-adjacent roles also develops a broader understanding of how SaaS organizations scale beyond a single department, which is valuable for future talent leadership in product-led or enterprise-focused environments.
This role is best suited to a recruiter who prefers high ownership and enjoys building pipelines rather than inheriting them. It will fit someone comfortable partnering closely with hiring managers, switching context across several role families, and using data to improve decisions. Candidates interested in the mechanics of scaling a SaaS team—rather than only filling requisitions—should find the scope aligned.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.

Prior experience working in a high-growth start-up environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
