Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Enterprise SaaS companies that sell into finance and analytics categories often compete as much on market narrative as on product capability. A Global Head of Analyst Relations sits at that intersection, coordinating how product direction, customer proof, and external evaluation frameworks (such as major analyst reports) come together. In this listing, the remit spans both analyst engagement and technology media, signalling a role that influences how an enterprise platform is understood by the broader CFO-tech ecosystem.
For a SaaS career, analyst relations is a durable strategic skillset because it forces clarity on positioning, differentiation, and roadmap communication—disciplines that translate across B2B categories. The work naturally builds fluency in how SaaS markets are “scored,” how messaging holds up under scrutiny, and how cross-functional teams operationalise insights into launches, enablement, and executive decision-making. It also develops a repeatable operating model for managing complex stakeholder alignment at scale.
This role tends to suit senior communications leaders who prefer structured influence over direct demand generation, and who are comfortable advising executives while also running rigorous processes. It fits professionals who enjoy synthesising technical inputs into crisp narratives, maintaining long-term external relationships, and measuring impact through perception and insight rather than campaign-only metrics.
