Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Account Executive role sits in a mature, category-defining SaaS business focused on digital employee experience management—software that typically sells into enterprise IT with multi-stakeholder buying groups and measurable operational outcomes. Within the broader SaaS landscape, DEX is closely tied to observability, analytics, and automation, making it a relevant space for sellers who want to work with technical value propositions rather than purely departmental tools.
From a SaaS career perspective, the position offers exposure to the full commercial motion: building pipeline, shaping account plans around business outcomes, forecasting, and negotiating commercial terms. The emphasis on coordinating across pre-sales, services, service delivery, customer success, marketing, and partners mirrors how enterprise SaaS revenue is increasingly won—through cross-functional orchestration and post-sale considerations that influence expansion and retention.
This role is best suited to sales professionals who prefer structured territory planning and who enjoy acting as a hub across internal teams while maintaining direct customer relationships. It will particularly fit candidates who want to deepen enterprise SaaS selling fundamentals—deal qualification, stakeholder management, and forecast discipline—within a product area that requires credibility with IT audiences.
