- Strategic Planning: Lead the quarterly planning and OKR setting process for EPD, ensuring goals align with broader business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Foster deep relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure Engineering operates in a collaborative and integrated manner, never in a silo.

- Logistics Oversight: Partner with the Operations Assistant to ensure all Engineering-specific administrative tasks—from vendor contracts to office space needs for the technical team—are executed with precision.
- Budget & Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking the Engineering department’s travel and entertainment (T&E) budget, ensuring compliance with company policy and the efficient use of resources.
- People Operations: Partner with HR to operationalize departmental training and documentation, ensuring people programs are seamlessly integrated into the Engineering workflow.
- Delegation: Oversee the execution of office operations and event logistics, ensuring high standards are met across the board.
