Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results oriented Enterprise Software Sales Account Executive to join our UK & I team. You will be focused on driving transformation and value for large enterprises through the adoption and expansion of our Automate Studio and Evolve solutions, our cutting edge data management and process automation platform.
The Enterprise Account Executive is a highly motivated professional who will identify, land, and significantly expand direct and partner led sales engagements within a defined set of high potential Enterprise accounts. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximises opportunities for our data and process solutions, working closely with key business stakeholders and C-level decision-makers. As Precisely’s growth and success is based on our customer’s success, a passion for owning and driving the complete, value-based customer lifecycle is critical.
What you will do:
- Master the Portfolio: Rapidly learn and articulate the capabilities and strategic business value of the Automate Studio and Evolve solutions, and the wider Precisely product portfolio at a high level, and the Precisely approved sales methodology.
- Strategic Insight: Develop a deep understanding of key enterprise data management, compliance, and business process automation trends, market opportunities, and the specific pain points within your targeted accounts.
- Account Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive Enterprise Account Plans and territory business plans to generate significant pipeline and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- C-Level Relationship Building: Cultivate and leverage strong, executive-level relationships to drive large-scale, strategic platform adoption and expand into new business units or buying centres.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Precisely’s Marketing, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Product teams to generate customer demand and define compelling, high-ROI business propositions cantered on process optimisation and data integrity.
- Ecosystem Management: Strategically leverage internal resources and the broader Precisely ecosystem (channel partners, system integrators, technology partners) to drive joint value and extend your impact within the Enterprise account base.
- Value Realisation: Prioritise measurable customer value and experience throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and expansion of the solutions.
- Forecasting & CRM: Accurately document all sales stages and strategically manage your territory forecast utilising Precisely’s Salesforce CRM.
- Regional Alignment: Support the VP of International Sales in accordance with the region’s overall strategic plan for Enterprise growth.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 7+ years in Enterprise software sales, with a strong preference for selling SaaS solutions.
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the educational requirement.
- Exceptional client engagement and executive relationship building skills across IT and Line of Business leadership.
- Proven negotiation skills and demonstrated success with value or outcome based selling methodologies for multi-million dollar deals.
- Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, and advanced territory/time management skills.
- Working knowledge and selling experience in the data management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space is highly desirable.
- High levels of intellectual curiosity and adaptability; you strive to understand your clients’ most complex business challenges and collaborate to define innovative, platform-based solutions.
- Approximately 25% travel is required for strategic customer meetings and territory coverage.
Preferred Requirements
- Extensive SaaS platform sales experience within the Enterprise market segment.
- Experience selling solutions focused on data integrity, process automation, or ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) optimisation.
- Successful selling history within a global company with a broad, integrated products and services portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience driving complex, strategic sales cycles and successful post-sales adoption within a highly matrixed selling organization.
- Experience of SAP, S/4 Hana, digital transformation projects and master data quality highly desirable
