About the Role
We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Berlin. As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our Dutch-speaking customers. NinjaOne is a fast-paced company looking for candidates that can help us continue to grow our successful business.
Location- Berlin, Germany
What You'll be Doing
- Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
- Research, document and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
- Other duties as needed
About You
- You have excellent verbal communication skills
- You are an energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; big plus: you speak another European language
- You have a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
- You are organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
- You are proficient with technology
- You are able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks
