### Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Executive Assistant roles inside Engineering, Product, and Design are a distinct lever in SaaS companies because they sit at the operating core of how product decisions, technical execution, and cross-functional alignment actually happen. In a remote-friendly SaaS environment, the quality of coordination, communication flow, and meeting hygiene often determines whether leadership time translates into shipped work.
Long-term, this kind of seat builds SaaS-relevant operating range: navigating roadmap-driven calendars, keeping multi-threaded initiatives moving, and translating priorities into reliable follow-through across functions. Supporting EPD leadership also offers repeated exposure to how product orgs run—cadences, stakeholder management, and the practical mechanics of collaboration—experience that transfers well across SaaS companies where execution depends on tight coordination rather than hierarchy.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
