Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Business Development Senior Manager role stands out because it sits at the intersection of a scaled, subscription-based digital platform and the partnership ecosystems that often determine SaaS distribution in emerging regions. With responsibility across SAMEA and a Dubai base, the remit signals work that spans market entry nuance, partner economics, and platform-led growth levers rather than single-country dealmaking.
For a SaaS career, the value is in developing repeatable partnership craft: structuring agreements, aligning commercial terms with product capabilities, and translating technical constraints (APIs, data, integration) into partner-ready narratives. The role also points to exposure to cross-functional operating rhythms typical in mature SaaS organizations—working with product, design, engineering, and legal to move from opportunity sizing to execution, measurement, and iteration.
This position is best suited to professionals who are comfortable owning complex stakeholder maps and progressing multiple negotiations in parallel while maintaining analytical rigor. It will appeal to operators who like combining strategic thinking with detailed contract work, and who are motivated by regional breadth, frequent partner interaction, and the need to communicate fluently across technical and commercial audiences.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
