Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Brand design roles in SaaS often sit at the intersection of product storytelling and revenue motion, and this one is notably anchored in marketing touchpoints that influence how a platform is understood before and after a buyer engages. With an office-based setup in Montreal, the position signals a collaborative, cross-functional workflow typical of established SaaS teams where brand systems need to hold up across many channels and audiences.
For a SaaS career path, the most durable value here is learning how to build and maintain consistency at scale: translating positioning into repeatable visual patterns, supporting demand generation and product marketing needs, and iterating on a design system as campaigns and formats evolve. Exposure to digital-first execution alongside print, events, and presentations also mirrors the reality of modern SaaS go-to-market, where designers contribute to everything from web journeys to sales enablement.
This role tends to fit a designer who enjoys craft and operational rigor in equal measure—someone comfortable owning execution while partnering with multiple marketing stakeholders. It also suits practitioners who want to deepen system thinking, strengthen narrative design, and selectively incorporate AI or motion as part of a contemporary SaaS brand toolkit.
