Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Customer Success Manager role sits at the intersection of SaaS customer outcomes and performance marketing, anchored in retail media channels like Amazon and Walmart. Within the SaaS ecosystem, that combination is increasingly relevant as platforms differentiate by proving measurable impact, not just product adoption. The remit reflects a product-led service layer where platform expertise and campaign execution reinforce each other for enterprise accounts.
From a career standpoint, the work builds durable SaaS skills in value realization, KPI ownership, and translating data into commercial recommendations. Managing budgets and optimization cycles across marketplaces also develops a strong operating rhythm around experimentation, attribution, and stakeholder reporting, all common in modern SaaS customer success. The emphasis on partnering with Product and Engineering adds exposure to how customer signals influence roadmap decisions, a useful thread for longer-term progression in CS leadership or go-to-market roles.
This position tends to suit professionals who like hands-on ownership and can move between analysis and client-facing communication without losing rigor. It aligns well with those who enjoy structured success planning, executive-level stakeholder management, and being accountable for measurable outcomes in a platform-driven environment.
