Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Director, Product Growth role stands out because it sits at the intersection of two core SaaS distribution motions: self-serve acquisition for SMB buyers and partner-led growth through embedded integrations with adjacent SaaS platforms. Owning both channels signals a product-led approach where conversion, onboarding, and ecosystem presence are treated as first-class product surfaces rather than downstream marketing activities.
For a SaaS career, the remit offers durable experience in building repeatable growth loops that scale beyond any single campaign. The work spans strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional execution with an explicit focus on improving customer lifetime value, which is a defining metric in subscription businesses. The partnership focus also builds fluency in platform thinking, integration-led adoption, and the operational considerations that come with launching at scale across legal, technical, and data constraints.
This role is best suited to a senior product leader who prefers measurable outcomes, strong analytical grounding, and hands-on involvement while still operating at portfolio level. It will fit someone comfortable leading and scaling product teams, aligning product decisions with go-to-market readiness, and translating customer and partner signals into prioritized product bets.
