We’re seeking a Vice President of Professional Services & Support to lead our global PS organization through its next phase of transformation. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, partner enablement, and profitable revenue growth through services.
What You’ll Do
Lead and scale Coveo’s global Professional Services and Support organization, driving world-class delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth aligned with corporate goals.
Define and execute a clear multi-year vision for Professional Services that aligns with Coveo’s corporate strategy, drives customer and partner success, and reinforces our customer-obsessed culture through meaningful onsite engagement
Own the PS P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined revenue and margin management, and operational excellence across delivery, resourcing, and financial reporting.
Oversee key operational processes including supporting sales, SOW creation and approval, change request management, and invoicing reviews to ensure rigor, governance, and profitability.
Champion customer and partner success by proactively managing a large portfolio of projects and its escalations, risks, complex implementations, while supporting advisory services and enterprise architecture strategy for strategic customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Partner teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and drive mutual growth across Coveo’s ecosystem.
Establish and scale a Partner Success function within PS, empowering partners through delivery assurance, enablement, certification, and consistent delivery excellence.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing global PS leadership team including Directors, Managers, and Senior Solution Consultants; fostering accountability, growth, and alignment with Coveo’s values.
What You’ll Bring
Proven track record of leadership (15+ years) in Professional Services, Systems Integration, or related post-sales organizations within enterprise SaaS or technology environments.
Strategic and operational excellence, with demonstrated success managing Project Portfolios, P&L, forecasting, utilization, and margin performance while scaling a global services organization.
Strong alignment mindset, capable of connecting departmental strategy, operations, and vision to corporate goals and company-wide growth initiatives.
Deep experience in partner enablement and ecosystem development, building scalable co-delivery frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and empower a high-performing, globally distributed team, while serving as a trusted customer-facing executive; acting as an escalation point, executive sponsor, and advocate for key accounts.
