Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This PMO Coordinator role sits at the operational center of a martech services business that implements and optimises a major customer engagement platform. In the SaaS ecosystem, partner and services organisations like this are often where product capability meets real-world adoption, and the PMO function becomes the connective tissue between delivery capacity, commercial demand, and customer outcomes.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable operating skills that translate across vendor, partner, and in-house RevOps or Delivery Ops teams. Resource forecasting tied to pipeline, utilisation management, and project health reporting are recurring problems in subscription businesses where delivery quality influences retention and expansion. The emphasis on process rollout and change management also mirrors how SaaS teams standardise workflows as they grow, particularly when multiple workstreams compete for specialist talent.
This position best suits professionals who prefer structured problem solving and are comfortable making decisions from incomplete information, then updating plans as new data arrives. It is a strong match for someone who enjoys cross-functional coordination with Sales, Delivery, and Talent, and who wants a role where credibility is earned through accurate reporting, clear communication, and steady operational follow-through.
