Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Pigment sits in a modern corner of the SaaS ecosystem: AI-assisted planning and performance management, where implementations often touch Finance, HR, and other data-heavy functions at once. That cross-functional footprint makes Professional Services project leadership particularly consequential, because the work lives at the intersection of product capabilities, customer operating models, and measurable adoption.
For a SaaS career, this kind of role builds durable implementation and delivery instincts that translate across B2B platforms. It develops fluency in turning a configurable product into a repeatable deployment approach, aligning stakeholders on scope, and managing risk when requirements evolve. The proximity to Solutions Architects and product teams also supports a broader understanding of how roadmap decisions and customer feedback loops shape enterprise SaaS outcomes.
This position is best suited to a project manager who prefers structured execution and clear communication over purely technical ownership, and who enjoys coordinating multiple contributors toward a shared delivery plan. It will likely appeal to professionals who want their work to be customer-facing but still anchored in internal operational rigor, with an interest in building expertise in implementation methodology and stakeholder management within SaaS.
