### Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Implementation leadership remains one of the clearest levers for SaaS value realization, and this Senior Implementations Consultant role sits squarely in that zone. It is positioned around enterprise onboarding for an AI platform that must operate inside real customer ERP ecosystems, where data quality, workflow design, and stakeholder alignment determine whether the software delivers outcomes. In the broader SaaS landscape, roles that bridge product capability and customer operational reality are increasingly central as AI features move from demos into production use.
For a long-term SaaS career, this kind of work builds durable skills across post-sale delivery, technical discovery, and repeatable rollout design. The remit touches the full lifecycle from handoff to go-live readiness and early optimisation, creating exposure to how SaaS companies reduce implementation variance and scale delivery standards. Experience partnering with Product, Integrations, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success also maps well to future paths in solutions architecture, customer success leadership, or implementation operations.
