About the role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven ANZ Revenue Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the ANZ region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the ANZ market strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our ANZ business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the ANZ market.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
Lead Generation: Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.
Brand Positioning: Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Japanese market to attract and retain clients.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are

You are passionate about text-to-speech AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and push the boundaries of emerging technology.
10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.
Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
