This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition across the APAC Media & Entertainment OTT streaming market, through both direct enterprise sales and strategic partners.
You will operate within Bitmovin’s global GTM and partner framework, executing regional initiatives aligned to overall revenue objectives. The focus is on building and converting pipeline and customer acquisition across multiple routes to market — including direct contracts, cloud partners, online video platform partners, resellers, and system integrators.
Supported by solutions engineering, customer success, and global partner teams, you will concentrate on developing qualified opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and closing multi-year agreements that generate measurable ARR growth.
This role suits a commercially driven and technically proficient individual who enjoys structured execution, managing multiple stakeholders, and consistently delivering new logo revenue in complex enterprise environments.
This opportunity offers:
- Business Development - Cultivate new decision-maker and influencer contacts across accounts to produce new sales opportunities in existing customer accounts and prospect accounts.
- Clear Growth Ownership - Full-cycle responsibility for enterprise new business across territory accounts.
- Multi-Channel Execution - Engage customers through direct enterprise sales, cloud/video platforms, and SI/consulting ecosystems.
- Partner Collaboration - Work with global partners active in APAC and selectively develop local partner relationships to drive new revenue.
- Regional Scope with Global Support - Operate in-market with support from local technical and customer success teams, aligned to global revenue and partner strategy.
Your Impact
You will make an impact that matters by:
- Operating within the global GTM and partner strategy to define and execute local initiatives in media, streaming, and OTT markets.
- Driving direct enterprise sales with full sales cycle ownership, including multi-year SaaS agreements and platform licensing deals.
- Enabling customers to adopt Bitmovin solutions in the way that best fits their business — direct, partner-led, or cloud/video platform routes.
- Supporting global partners in the APAC market and collaborating to accelerate joint pipeline and customer acquisition.
- Identifying, onboarding, and enabling local partners to drive net-new revenue and new customer wins.
- Collaborating with local and global teams (solutions engineering, customer success, partner teams) to support adoption and partner success.
- Providing market insights, competitor intelligence, and recommendations on product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
- Tracking pipeline, revenue, and partner acquisition KPIs to measure impact and improve conversion rates across channels.
What can you bring
- Demonstrable success in enterprise sales and business development for cloud-based video processing and delivery workloads.
- Industry knowledge: experience in Media & Entertainment, OTT streaming.
- Confidence selling technical solutions to complex buying groups.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition through both direct enterprise sales and partner-led motions.
- Experience executing local strategies within global GTM / partner frameworks.
- Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing skills across multi-year agreements.
- Experience leveraging cross-functional support (technical and customer success) to drive revenue and successful adoption.
