About the Role:
Wrike is seeking a high-impact Salesforce Development Team Lead to serve as the technical cornerstone of our Salesforce ecosystem in Bangalore. This role blends deep hands-on engineering expertise with strong team leadership to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across our Sales Cloud and CPQ environments.
You will own the technical roadmap for Salesforce, ensuring architectural integrity, development excellence, and alignment with business priorities across Sales, Finance, and RevOps. This role is critical to enabling Wrike’s lead-to-cash processes and supporting our global revenue operations.

Your Impact:
- Own the technical architecture and long-term health of Wrike’s Salesforce instance
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, establishing engineering best practices and clean code standards
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and well-documented architecture diagrams
- Oversee Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions across the full lead-to-cash lifecycle
- Ensure optimal balance between declarative configuration and custom development while managing governor limits and platform constraints
- Own DevOps and release management processes, including CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, automated deployments, and sandbox governance
- Design and maintain API integrations (REST) and event-driven architectures in coordination with integration platforms such as Workato
- Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, estimation, and decomposition of epics into high-quality user stories
- Reduce technical debt while improving system reliability, performance, and scalability
Your Qualifications:
- 7+ years of deep Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex (bulk-safe triggers, async patterns) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including renewals, amendments, product rules, pricing logic, and complex bundling
- Experience with Agentforce (Prompt Builder, Agent Builder) and practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and grounding AI agents in enterprise data
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, Large Data Volumes (LDV), and governor limit mitigation strategies
- Strong unit testing, mocking, and regression testing discipline with a quality-first mindset
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and modern DevOps practices
- Commitment to secure coding standards, least-privilege access, and protection of sensitive data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

Team Dynamics:
- This role will report to the Director of Business Systems and partner closely with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Integration teams globally.
- You will lead a Bangalore-based Salesforce development team while collaborating cross-functionally with architects, integration engineers, and business stakeholders. The team operates in a high-accountability, ownership-driven culture focused on scalable growth and operational excellence.
