We are seeking a strategic alliances leader to drive the growth of global system integrators and strategic cloud/platform partners across the Andean region and Central America.
This role goes beyond traditional partner management, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of high-impact alliances, driving co-sell, co-create, and go-to-market initiatives that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue across a multi-country landscape.
You will play a key role in expanding the adoption of Genesys Cloud by embedding our solutions into large-scale transformation programs led by partners.
What You Will Do
- Lead and execute joint business plans with strategic partners and global integrators across multiple countries
- Build and scale co-sell motions with cloud, platform, and consulting partners
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the region
- Own revenue performance and bookings tied to alliances
- Develop industry-specific solutions in collaboration with partners
- Establish executive-level relationships within partner organizations
- Enable partners to position Genesys Cloud within complex transformation initiatives
- Launch regional go-to-market programs aligned with partner ecosystems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize execution and regional impact
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize partner contribution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with global system integrators and/or strategic ecosystem partners
- Background in cloud, platform, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven ability to drive revenue through co-sell and alliance-based models
- Experience operating across multi-country environments (LATAM preferred)
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across organizations
- Experience contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking with execution discipline
- Fluent English required
