We are looking for an HR and People Manager to join our NinjaOne HR team. We are growing our company and our HR team and need your expertise to build on our strong culture and employee engagement. You will perform a broad range of human resources activities and will serve as an integral contributor to support the growth and operations of the company. You are the main point of contact to assist employees in HR related inquiries including insurance, payroll, employer verifications, and conflict resolution.
Location- Hybrid in Austin, TX- (In the office 3 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs)
Responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, manage HRIS, benefits, and other foundational HR related programs
Manage the offer-to-hire process including welcome emails, IT logistics, onboarding instructions, I-9s, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders
Provides support for employee relations activities including counseling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations
