You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who are eager to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity to their clients.

You’ll master how to build and nurture relationships within the MSP channel, gaining hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders while paving your path to become a top-performing Account Executive.

This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in-office), giving you the best of both worlds: real collaboration, mentorship, and a winning sales culture that rewards hustle, learning, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Engage: Drive outbound outreach: cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn, to connect with high-potential MSPs.
Qualify & Convert: Run discovery conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads using proven frameworks.
Collaborate with Sales: Partner with Account Executives to build strong pipelines and craft outreach strategies that win.
Leverage Tools: Own your CRM activity, track every touchpoint, and use data to refine your approach.
Drive Results: Meet and exceed targets, with direct influence on Cynomi’s growth and the MSP community we serve.

Requirements

Experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
Confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn and in person at events, you know how to personalize and stand out.
Strong research and prospecting skills, comfortable navigating tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot/Salesforce.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, coaching-oriented environment.
Motivated go-getter who is looking to scale their sales career fast.
Background in cybersecurity or channel sales is a plus, curiosity and grit are musts.
