Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Documentation Engineer role sits at a common SaaS inflection point where product maturity and enterprise adoption demand documentation that behaves like software. Netomi’s platform orientation, including no code workflows and API driven CX automation, makes documentation infrastructure a first class part of the product surface area rather than a publishing afterthought.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable leverage: treating docs as code, wiring quality checks into CI/CD, and supporting versioned internal and external sites are patterns that translate across B2B platforms. The emphasis on interactive API references and developer friendly content also aligns with how SaaS companies reduce onboarding time, improve self service, and keep pace with frequent releases without creating support bottlenecks.
This position fits someone who prefers systems thinking over pure writing, and who enjoys partnering across technical writing, product, and engineering to standardize workflows. It will suit a practitioner comfortable owning tooling decisions, migrations from legacy documentation stacks, and the operational details of build and deployment reliability in a production SaaS environment.
