Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Harvey sits in a modern SaaS category where enterprise software, AI capability, and regulated professional workflows intersect. A Partner Operations Manager role in this context signals a company leaning on ecosystem distribution and implementation partners to reach global customers, which is a common pattern once a SaaS platform moves beyond direct sales alone. The EMEA remit also matters because partner motions tend to vary by region due to procurement norms, delivery capacity, and compliance expectations.
From a SaaS career perspective, partner operations is a durable pathway into how recurring-revenue businesses scale go-to-market execution without diluting product focus. The work naturally builds fluency in onboarding and enablement playbooks, cross-functional operating cadences, and measurement of partner contribution over time. Those are portable skills across B2B SaaS firms that sell into complex enterprises, especially where integrations, security review, and joint solutioning shape adoption.
This role suits professionals who prefer structured coordination over pure selling, and who enjoy being the connective layer across sales, solutions, customer success, and external stakeholders. It will appeal to someone comfortable translating agreements into execution plans and maintaining operational rigor across multiple workstreams, particularly in distributed, remote-friendly environments.

Role Overview
The Business Development team is responsible for building a global, best in class, partner ecosystem that makes our customers successful, enriches our product offering, and supports the company's mission.
We are hiring an operations manager to activate, operationalize, and manage strategic partner relationships - owning the journey from contract signature to full-scale execution. This role will focus on onboarding newly signed partners, driving enablement, coordinating joint solution development, and ensuring commercial activation across the partner lifecycle.
You will be the connective tissue between Harvey and the partner’s delivery, technical, and sales organizations to ensure the partnership delivers results.
What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day relationship with one or more signed partners, acting as the single point of contact across enablement, solutioning, and GTM execution.
Drive and manage onboarding across work streams including sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning, and support operations.
Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell Harvey solutions, through shared project plans, milestone tracking, and joint QBRs.
Orchestrate co-developed solutions by collaborating with partners to define use cases, create demo assets, and documentation.
Monitor partner performance, flag risks early, and drive structured remediation or acceleration plans as needed.
Coordinate across Harvey teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met and internal alignment is maintained.
Establish operational rhythms such as roadmap briefings, asset distribution, and sales enablement refreshes.
Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, including commercial terms, dedicated personnel commitments, and reporting cadences.
What You Have
2-5 years of experience in sales, product, alliances, management consulting, or partner success, in enterprise software environments.
Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex enterprises.
An ability to manage relationships across both local and global partner teams.
Strong program management skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
Deep experience in partner onboarding and activation.
Experience working at the early stage at a high growth company, where programs are in their infancy and the partner motion is building.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—can influence without authority and drive urgency with empathy.
