Our GTM Engineering Service is a new and rapidly growing arm of 2X focused specifically on building and operating automated GTM systems for B2B clients. We work with companies that have established sales and marketing teams and need the technical infrastructure to match their ambition . We don’t advise, we build and operate .
About The TOS Role
The Technical Operations Specialist (TOS) is the execution engine of every client engagement. This is a primarily technical, non-client-facing role . Y ou ’ll partner with a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and operate the GTM systems that deliver results for clients.
You r team will support multiple clients simultaneously , building cutting-edge and AI-native systems to help clients market and sell their products better .
This is not a junior or entry-level role. Tool fluency and system design judgment are expected from day one.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re Looking For a Technically Sharp Operator Who Can Take Direction And Execute With Speed And Precision. You Clear At Least One Of The Following Bars
Strong coding foundation.
You have solid programming experience in languages like Python , SQL , or JavaScript and pick up new tools quickly.
Your background might be software engineering, data engineering, web development, or a technical ops role .
Deep automation-native expertise .
You may not come from a traditional coding background, but you have demonstrated, hands-on fluency with Clay, N8N, Claude Code, and/or similar AI-native automation tools.
Python and/or SQL experience is strongly preferred. If you don’t have it, your automation tool expertise needs to be genuinely deep.
