About the Role
Genesys is seeking a Marketing Web Content Specialist to help create and maintain global web pages and experiences across Genesys.com. We are looking for someone with experience working hands-on with corporate websites in the WordPress platform and a passion for working on creative and high-performing and innovative marketing websites. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our digital experience, supporting our global demand generation, brand, and CX strategy. Working with stakeholders from across the world, you’ll manage page updates and builds and the globalization of experiences into multiple languages.
What You’ll Do
Global CMS Publishing & Translation
Web Performance, SEO & Digital Quality
Maintain engineering standards for code quality, accessibility, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Make improvements in page speed, Core Web Vitals, database optimization, and overall site performance
Ensure strong technical SEO foundations (schema markup, site architecture, crawl health, metadata governance)
